Participation Instructions for the 2010  Event


Step 1 -- Obtain a copy of our registration form.

Option 1 -- The online Registration form will be available June 1st, 2009.  You will be able to download a copy of the registration form by clicking the registration button above or by clicking here.

Option 2 -- Obtain a hard copy of our registration form at Kinney's Drug Stores throughout St. Lawrence County or at the locations of participating sponsors. 

Registration Forms will be mailed to all participants from the last three years by Febrary 1st, 2010.

Step 2 -- Fill in necessary information including a list of acquired sponsors in space provided on the form. Participants are asked to collect money at the time of solicitation.

Step 3 -- Join us April 25, 2010, 11:30 a.m. at Appleton Arena, St. Lawrence University, Canton for our annual 1-10 mile run/walk on Ferguson Trail. Money will be turned in before the event. There will be a minimum $25 entry or sponsor fee. Checks payable to Edward I. Moses Walk/Run.

 

Notes:

- This event is not necessarily a pledge per mile. For convenience purposes, money must be collected up front and turned in before the event.

- Every person entering the event must fill out a separate registration form.

- Awards will be given at 2:00 p.m. following the event.

- Please join and help us reach our goal of one-million dollars plus, for the fight against cancer in 2010.

- A sponsor shirt will be given to each individual sponsoring a participant for $20.  Participant will pick up and present the commemorative shirt to sponsor.
