Welcome to The Edward I. Moses Walk/Run for Life official website. The Walk/Run for Life's goal is to raise money through pledges and the support of sponsors for the St. Lawrence County fight against cancer. "This is a way to fight back at the disease that has claimed or attacked you, a family member, or a friend." according to Warren Dyke founder of the Walk/Run. All money raised goes to area charities to help in fighting this disease or for continued research efforts. Charities benefiting from the Walk/Run effort include Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley, Paul S. Warner Cancer Treatment Center in Potsdam, Richard E. Winters Cancer Treatment Center in Ogdensburg, Massena Memorial Cancer Treatment Center, St. Lawrence County Health Initiative, The American Cancer Society, Healthy Living Partnership of St. Lawrence County and National Cancer Institute, North Country Mobile Mammography Services, E.J.
